How payment works
We do not accept insurance and operate strictly on a Private Pay model. However, we are a proud vendored provider with the North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC). For private pay families, we can provide a monthly superbill (a detailed medical receipt) upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Session rates & packages
We walk through our current evaluation and session rates during your intake process. To support steady progress toward your child's goals, we offer two structured monthly care commitments:
-
The Sprout Package: 4 sessions per month
-
The Deep Roots Package: 16 sessions per multi month block

Your Questions, Answered
How do I know if my child needs speech, language, or feeding therapy?
Every child develops at their own unique pace, but therapy can be incredibly beneficial if you notice your child struggling to express their thoughts, having difficulty understanding language, showing frustration during social play, or experiencing stress during mealtimes (such as limited food preferences, coughing, or difficulty chewing). Trust your intuition as a parent—scheduling a complimentary 15-minute consultation is a wonderful, low-pressure way to discuss your concerns.
Is an evaluation required prior to starting therapy?
Yes. All new clients must be evaluated prior to treatment. Evaluations are a critical part of the treatment process as they allow us to map out a highly customized plan of care tailored to your child’s needs.
Exceptions: If your child is being directly referred to us through the North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) with an assessment or authorization already in place or an evaluation has occurred in the last four months in the areas of concern.
How long will therapy take?
Because every child’s developmental profile, communication style, and structural feeding needs are completely unique, there is no one-size-fits-all timeline. We continuously track data and monitor progress toward your child's functional goals, collaborating with you every step of the way to determine when they are ready to climb out of the treehouse!
